Cluster host crashed. How do I start its VMs on a different host?

Apologies if this is a FAQ that I missed.
I have a 4 node cluster. One of the nodes has crashed. While I'm waiting to get the crashed node fixed, how can I start the VMs which were running on the crashed node on the remaining running nodes?

Proxmox VE 7.2-4
