Cluster Formation Fail

I'm receiving an error when adding a 3rd node to a new cluster. X11A has the IP address 10.10.60.61. When I add the 3rd node X12 with IP address 10.10.60.41 the error is generated. Apparently cluster manager thinks I am adding X11A again and fails

How to correct this? thanks

Just guessing: make sure that name resolution works correctly. Usually by a full blown DNS server (possibly overkill) or (simpler) by maintaining a consistent /etc/hosts, containing all host names and addresses of all hosts. That file should be identical on all hosts.
