Building a 3 node CEPH cluster from scratch using Dell R730XD servers with 12 x 3.5 HDD bays. Want to maximize the storage using 18TB drives in a ZFS configuration. Any advise in how to best load up this cluster.
Originally thinking of the following:
First 2 bays - 1TB SSD drives, for VE and cache
10 bays of 18TB 3.5 HDD's
