Cloning of KVM or CT

First, I would like to thank the community for one of the best open source solutions.
Second, I don't know if this is the right place, but I was wondering if it is possible to create a template of kvm and ct, and be able to re provision it. With ct appliances, I would like to add development suite and use that ct for one specific project and not have it contaminated with other projects.
virtualbox/parallels allow that -- I would rather have everything at the central server.

You can use dab to build an openvz template that is configured precisely how you want.

You could also backup a KVM or openvz machine that is configured like how you want, then simply restore it when you need a clone of that setup.

Don't forget to change SSH key if VM is Linux and SID if machine is Windows. Also, MAC addresses.
