Cloned VM keeping cloned IP

Hi.
I cloned a VM and finished setting it up

I've done ip a to see the links.

In /etc/network/interfaces I added the ens18, did the gw, address, mask, etc but when I do hostname -I it doesn't change (after restarting).
What am I doing wrong with this setup?

DHCLIENT also doesn't give me a fresh IP

Did you generate a new MAC address for the clone?
