Clone my current Windows and use it as vm?

I know it possilbe to make a clone and restore it. But I am planing to keep proxmox. Can I install my clone as virtual machine on top of proxmox at the same computer, without consolidering any configuration?

yes, it's called p2v.
check if your current Windows use uefi or legacy bios to adjust vm settings, then clone your physical disk to Virtual disk, for example clonezilla.

Thanks, mine is a legacy. Maybe one question... I am a newbe with vm's. I know I need to deticate some cores and ram to the vm. But can I switch between windows 7 and windows 10 in that vm with that specific cores and ram selected?

When I think about now, I think I am going to run in some problems. When I installed windows I moved the documents, appdata and pagefile to an other drive... An alternative would be keeping the old drive unformated.
