Clock Speed / Turbo Boost Question

Greetings,
On the proxmox terminal, when I cat /proc/cpuinfo I see a clock mhz speed of 4340.648 but within a KVM host, I only see 3938.590

The CPU has a 4.4ghz Turboboost speed that it appears the KVM isn't accessing. Is there anyway to unlock that extra clock speed for the KVM to use?

I know the post is old, but the problem is the same here.

You can ignore that. All that is important is the clock of your host as your VM is only seeing some kind of virtual CPU so the clock inside the VM means nothing.
