Cli freezes when in container

im conecting to server via ssh and when in container my cli freezes after short period of inactivity. host has 20 minutes idle time. but i dont get that far. i dont get any message cli just freezes.. does anyone have any tips?

what should be my steps? ..previous admin configured system properly i believe
