Check of pool pve/data failed (status:1). Manual repair required!

Dear All,

I am very new to PROxMOX, It is Virtual Environment 8.1.4

I have been using it () for 6 months. suddenly the power went down and I couldn't start my virtual machines in POROXMOX.

it showed "TASK ERROR: activating LV 'pve/data' failed: Check of pool pve/data failed (status:1). Manual repair required!"
I tried to use these commands,
lvchange -an pve/data_tmeta
lvchange -an pve/data_tdata
lvchange -ay pve/data

it doesn't work anymore. Here are the output as shown below:






Anyone have found the solutions, please help and share with me, I very much appreciated, I really need to be able to run my important applications of my company again.

Try ' fsck /dev/pve/data ' manually from a root prompt - but I hope you have backups... I am not responsible for any data loss

And MAKE SURE you put that host on UPS power supply soonest!
