Hello

I initially defined content for a smb drive for VZDump back up only. See attached

I’d like to try using it for some of my VMs drives now.
Is it safe to edit/change it?

TIA

You mean changing the option? Yes that's safe, it mostly affects in which menus the drive will appear, not anything about how it's mounted.
However, I'm not sure how good your experience will be, since smb can introduce a lot of overhead and at least in my experience, has been quite unstable in long running connections.

You are right it's too slow.

But I wanted to see if I can move disks to smb

Thx!
