Change storage name

I've created a VM on a storage called "teststorage".
Now, after some test, the storage was re-created with name "teststor".

Obviously the VM doesn't boot anymore due to the missing storage/VM image file.

From the webinterface I can't rename (from the VM's hardware tab) the storage.

How can I manually rename the storage ?

you can edit the files directly under

/etc/pve/nodes/NODENAME/qemu-server/VMID.conf
and
/etc/pve/nodes/NODENAME/lxc/VMID.conf
