It is possible to change the score for type verification, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

I know you have the Custom Scores option, but I don't know how I can configure it.

You can only set one score - this is used by spamassassin as the only score for the rule if it hits.

That depends on your setting ...
if you've enabled bayes filtering - it takes the bayes score
if you've enabled rbl lookups or razor - it takes the net score
if you've enabled both of the above - it takes bayes +net

you see how much a particular rule scores in the logs for each mail - that way you can decide in which direction you want to change the scores

AWL is the autowhitelist - if this skews your results disable it in the proxy-options

No because AWL is not a regular Spamassassin rule, but a system, which tweaks the score of a message based on the From and it's history..
