Change reject to Quarantine

I am missing too many valid emails because of RBL.

I don't want to disable it, so I would like to create an Action, for all "REJECT" messages to be kept in Quarantine.

Rejection based on DNSBL happens during the SMTP dialoge - so the mail is never accepted by PMG - there is no easy way to put it in quarantine.

Are you sure that the issue is not with your DNS setup - DNSBLs are quite good at not getting too many false positives...
