Hi,

I have changed my hostname from old.stuff.org to new.stuff.org and every CT desactivated.
I edited /etc/hosts and /etc/nostnames, restarted the service hostname.sh

and (like I used to do in Proxmox 3)

cd /etc/pve/nodes/
cp -r old/* new
(and got a lot of errors like "can't copy : file already exists")

At this moment, pve was completly HS, I thought it was normal, so I rebooted

Now the list of ct.conf is still in /etc/pve/nodes/old

arch: amd64
cores: 2
hostname: cpanel.tech-nova.fr
memory: 2048
net1: name=eth0,bridge=vmbr0,gw=5.136.139.254,hwaddr=02:00:00:11:c1:17,ip=178.33.22.152/32,type=veth
ostype: centos
rootfs: rpool:subvol-100-disk-1,size=100G
swap: 512

But I have no write access in /etc/pve/nodes/new

How can I get my CTs back ?

Thanks, I'm lost

Hi, I "fixed" my bug by returning to the old /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname file content.
I still wonder how we can change the server hostname

That works except all my storage in the left pane of proxmox is disappeared. Only local and local-lvm is displaying. I went inside Storage option of the node and there i can see all my disks but its not visible in the left pane.
How can i also get the storage disks to display in the left panel?
