Thanks for integrating my fix, this makes it now possible to use it with my CAW supported devices and is also required for further benchmarking.

No, thanks to you @gyptazy for the efforts and the support! And thanks for presenting cetrafs.

A couple of notes:
* next thing to implement is live growfs (0.9 introduced the offline version)
* then i'm planning for FSTRIM and FITRIM, so basically discard for the thin provisioned SANs

I think this would cover most of the gaps with VMFS but i'd appreciate some discussion about how to evolve this filesystem and what the community would need.
