Delete or move the following files:

/etc/pve/pve-root-ca.pem
/etc/pve/priv/pve-root-ca.key
/etc/pve/nodes/<node>/pve-ssl.pem
/etc/pve/nodes/<node>/pve-ssl.key

Cant delete or move those files... so how to change or reset?

This means that you either:
* are not root – if so login as root or use sudo
* are not quorate on this node – do you have a cluster configured here? Whats the output of

pvecm status
