I tried out Cephs for a while but ended up going NFS for my storage. Now Cephs is in a error state that I cannot seem to do anything with. My ProxMox VE is way out of date and needs to be upgraded but cannot because of the condition of Cephs. Is there some way to completely uninstall it so that my upgrades can continue? In the GUI is just times out forever. I cannot do anything there. I pay for support and opened a case but have not heard anything from them.

I looked up the ticket, and you should have gotten a notification email about a response. Please check your spam folder for the notification email. If you log in to our enterprise support portal, you should see the response.
