Hello Proxmox users,

I'm trying to configure Ceph storage (the latest one Quincy) with HP Synergy DAS D3940 SAS storage.
I have 3 servers with attached 6 SSD SAS drives (from DAS D3940) per server for Ceph storage.
Unfortunately I'm not sure how to manage the multipath for the drives.
Currently, I can see each drive twice (because there is two paths toward the disks).
The drives dedicated for Ceph are configured as JBOD (sda, sdb, sdc, sdd, sde, sdf, sdg, sdh, sdi, sdj, sdk sdl).
My question is - shall I configure the drives with multipath from the OS (for example dev/sda+dev/sdb=md0 (multi-path device zero) or I should leave this to Ceph?
Below is the output from my server:

[root@compute1 ~]# lsblk

thanks a lot @gurubert and @bbgeek17 I will create several multipath devices because I have 6 SSD drives per server. I will create 6 multi-path devices under /dev/mapper/.....
