Ceph SSD's connected with USB keeps crashing..

IS the problem with the USB M.2 SSD's or is it a Ceph problem?? I am currently waiting for new M.2's to install inside the mini nodes...Will that stop the OSD crashes ( which requires a node reboot, but a few times I had to remove the osd and format and reinstall).

I've used USB3.1 disks as proof of concept with NUC's and similar hardware without issue. They were slow, specially for latency workloads, but the were reliable: no crash, no dataloss, etc. Maybe it's your drives, USB enclosures, cables...
