[SOLVED] ceph snapshots from cli /cron

Hello

could someone point me to docs on how to do ceph snapshots from cli?

I am asking on this forum and not ceph mail list as there could be a cli pve script that exists and can be used.

Hi,

You can use the guest tools for snapshots like qm and pct,
but if you like to do the snapshot on ceph level only you need to use the ceph command.
