Ceph RESTful module is broken

Hi all,
can anybody explain, help to fix the following error ?
"The connection to the Ceph RESTful module is broken (if there is any error presented including AUTH and the configuration issues). "
This error occure sometimes on all nodes of cluster and resolved automatically after cca. 5 minutes.
ceph mgr services
{
"restful": "https://192.168.54.40:8003/"
}
We are running Ceph 19.2.0 on Proxmox 8.3.1
