[SOLVED] Ceph RBD read-only(?) after Pacific->Quincy upgrade

After upgrade of standalone Ceph cluster with cephadm from Pacific to Quincy, about half of RBD images seem to be read only.

Any help is greatly appreciated
 
The issue was with multiple stuck OSD daemons - they were not marked down and clients were attempting to write to them.
