Ceph monitor on lxc container (external node)

Hello i'm triyng to configure an architecture with 4 phisical pve nodes with ceph monitor and i want to add an external monitor on an ubuntu 18.04 container

is it possible to install an external monitor for ceph failover reason?

and if is it, how?

The cluster will not have quorum with a single monitor and only a MON will not help if all the OSDs on the local site are down.
