CEPH add Mon err

Recently I tried to replace the PVE node. An error occurred. There is a conflict between adding mon. After adding a mon, another mon is displayed as out of quorum, but the service and the log do not display an exception. Close the newly added mon to return to normal. Have you seen a solution?
