Centos 7 ping node problem

Hi, I have a little problem.
I configured my VMs normally, they all work almost perfectly. The only problem is that my VM Centos 7 cannot ping the node, but the node can ping the ip of the vps. If I go to a Windows VPS and ping the node's IP, the VPS Centos 7 can ping it for a few minutes, but then it stops again.

ok can you post more information about the VM and your network configuration on host & VM?

* cat /etc/pve/network/interfaces

from the PVE host

and the network configuration inside the centos VM
