In the proxmox tracking center I performed a search for a domain. I received no results. While speaking with a client they forwarded me the email they had received today which was in upper case. When i searched for the same domain in UPPER case I was able to find many instances of that domain sending us email.
As a mail administrator, it is ImPosSible for us to be able to know beforehand how some idiot may have typed their domain name. This case issue makes the proxmox a lot less effective as we will never know if the domain was actually sending us email until the client forwards us an email containing the correct case.
There should be a configuration option to search case insensitive for us admins. Can we have this fixed as soon as possible please?
