Can't view Spam Quarantine when email has leading '

Hello, Running 5.2-1.

When viewing the spam quarantine, I have a handful of users that have received email with a leading " ' " before their email address. When I attempt to view the quarantine for this address, I get "Parameter verification failed. (400)". I'm able to view other emails in the quarantine just fine as expected.

Can this be resolved? If not, Is there at least a way for me to clear the queue and prevent the filter from accepting emails like this in the future?
