Hello everyone !
I am making this post beacause i can't make beep command work on my proxmox server.
The beep on my motherboard work on BIOS when PC is booting, the beep on GRUB menu is also working when I edit the grub file at /etc/default/grub to enable it,
but it won't work well when I want to make a beep with the command in terminal with the "beep" command,
it is making a weird noise like plugging in speakers... Have anybody faced this problem ? And if so how can we fix this ? It seems like a driver issue or something.
If that can help Proxmox is running on an Asus PRIME H610M-A D4 Motherboard with an i3-12100.
Thanks in advance for your help !

Hello, unfortunately I did not find any fix for this problem, but the problem is no more present and my beep is working perfectly fine on my new motherboard Asus PRIME X670-P, Proxmox 8.0.4.

I still remember searching for this problem for hours and I could not figure it out, I can't help you more.
