Can't use another user to login the Web GUI PVE7.1

I have a Cluster with 2 nodes and create 3 groups and 3 users on each. All of them on Proxmo VE Realm. Simple user and password, but none of then can login the WebGui.
I have another Cluster with Proxmox 6.2 and works fine everything in the same settings i did on the PVE7.1.

Please any help

can you log in to pam realm users normally?

i only have one pam user and works fine.
But the other users are in pve realm.

The error message is:

Login failed. Please try again.

1. check if you select the right realm when logging in (Proxmox VE authentication server)
2. confirm the passwords are correct, maybe reset and try again?
3. confirm the users are enabled

what's the output from pveum user list?

also post this please if it's still not working.
would be also helpful to see the file /etc/pve/user.cfg contents
