can't turn on the firewall

How do I enable the firewall to only one virtual machine ?(guest OS Windows, network device:net0(vitrio,bridge=vmbr0))

I want to give access to RDP only certain addresses (example get access from 10.92.31.106, deny from other)
please step by step .

Hello,
I have created a windows server 2012 R2 VM with RDP but my problem is to deny access network or RDP for others ( in case when a user change the failover ip in windows) . I enabled Firewall in this VM and DROP all incoming or outgoing traffic but i can see any changes
Please help

why i can't see any changes when enable firewall in windows VM (input and output with drop action and i can connect to rdp and internet)
