Cant reach Host after install

I'm using Proxmox for the first time. Before I will install it natively on my Dell T330, I want to try it out. This is why instlled it on Synology VM first. Unfortunately the default network config does not seem to work. I can't reach the GUI after installation has finished. Ping is working. This is my config:

does dns-resolution work?
do you have the correct entries in '/etc/hosts'

PVE relies that the hostname it has set resolves to an ip
