Cant PING Proxmox server or access GUI

Hello! Proxmox and Linux noob here, I'm having trouble accessing my proxmox server GUI. I believe I have messed something up in the config as the link lights on the ethernet port aren't even lit. It's probably my fault, but any help sorting this would be very much appreciated, I was loving proxmox until I broke it.

Here are photos of /etc/network/interfaces and IP link show.

You have two lines configuring eno1, one for manual and one for static. Additionally the IP should be configured for the bridge rather than the NIC itself.
