Hi all,

I'm new to Proxmox and thought i'd give it a try, However I'm stuck on the networking side of it.
My setup is shown in diagram.
PC 1 running on 192.168.4.151/24 is unable to ping the Proxmox server on 192.168.5.2 but is able to ping both the default gateway 192.168.5.1 & PC 2 on 192.168.5.105 as well as access the internet.
PC 2 is able to access the internet and ping the Proxmox server 192.168.5.2 as well as reach the Proxmox web GUI.

In /etc/network/interfaces/ my main connection "eno1" is up & my bridge is also up with the IP set for 192.168.5.2/24

Can anyone help me understand why my Proxmox server is unable to reach default gateway and is only responding to the subnet it is on??

Thanks in Advance.

Ok just thought I'd update.... I figured it out eventurally.....
I had set my OpenVPN to use the same subnet 192.168.5.0/24 as well as my Proxmox

Solution was to move OpenVPN over to Subnet 192.168.6.0/24 and all fixed!
