Cant mount nfs drive after backup and restore

Hi,

On our single server Proxmox 5.4-7, I have a VM running ubuntu 18 and a CT running ubuntu 18.

We have an NFS mount drive on the VM the data is located on the CT but after a Proxmox backup and restore on the CT we cannot mount the NFS it just hangs during the mount.

I have tried changing the virtual mac and the IP address of the new CT but this does not help.

Any help would be appreciated?

Hi,

correct me if I'm wrong.
Do you try to mount an NFS share in a VM what where the export is in an LXC container?

If so did you check if the NFS server is running in the CT?
Ensure that the NFS share is working?
