can't make snapshot with 'host' configuration

Hi,
I'm running this VM with 'host' mode to have AES cpu support in the VM.
But I can't make snapshot, the button is disabled, only backup works.

In others machine is active.
Where I'm wrong?

This has nothing to do with the cpu model but it's about the storage : you are using raw files, which do not support snapshots. Check https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage

If I clone the OS disk to qcow2 with the second disk remaining in the raw format and excluded from backup, I will able to use snapshot?

No. All disks must support snapshots. There's no way for now to exclude a disk from a snapshot

latest info,
in the server I don't have enough space in the partition to backup the big raw disk of 4999gb,
I'm a container running Duplicati software to backup dump files to wasabi storage, I can securely mount the folder where i store the raw disk and backup it live to the cloud?
