can't join some nodes to cluster

Hello,

I have a fresh Proxmox VE 6.2-4 cluster with 20 active members and I'm having difficulties joining 2 more nodes to the cluster both are having the same behavior. They are getting stuck at Waiting for quorum ...

I would appreciate any suggestions / troubleshooting steps that might help me resolve this issue.

i have the same issue, it stuck on waiting for quorum, and when i logging on second proxmox login failed
