Can't install windows 8.1 on kimsufi with proxmox

Hello, i am trying to install windows 8.1 iso on kimsufi server with VPS Proxmox VE 4.2
Once i created the VM and i start the installation i get a blue screen with the following error:
"your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" driver error
Driver IRQL NOT Less Or Equal
I also added virtio drivers but i always get the same error and i don't know how to fix the problem.

try the current version of virtio driver

I tried VPS Proxmox VE 4.2 with windows 8.1 and virtio latest version from https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/latest-virtio/virtio-win.iso but it always give me the blue screen as i wrote above
If i try windows 7.0 which would fit me needs too with virtio version 1.0.74 gives me a blue screen with the following error: *** STOP: (0X0000005D (0x00000000178BFBF9, 0X0000000000000000 , 0X0000000000000000 , 0X0000000000000000)

What cpu has this Server?

It's a server from kimsufi,
Atom™ N2800 640 2c / 4t 1.86 GHz+

This cpu has no VT flag and is not able to use HW virtualization.

So this means you have to use software emulation what AFIK is to slow for windows.
