Can't install win10 vm

Hello
Have freshly installed proxmox 8.1, all looks good, can install ubuntu, windows 2019 server but can't install windows 10.
Default option just shows blinking curors after windows logo.
Changed to machine type to q35, now it loads for a while then stops.
Have changed to OS type to windows
Tried disk type as IDE also.
However, its not just booting, also tried UEFI boot type of but no benefit. Any idea what I am missing here ?

Your problem could also indicate that the ISO is simply corrupt. If necessary, download this again.

Redownloaded ISO and still same issue.
