Can't install VM's on VE 7

Hi,

i can't install VM's. Containers are working as expected.

At first i tried Suse Leap 15.3 But it hangs alway on udev init and the Suse installer didn't start. Last but not least i tried Debian 10 and the installer starts but it hangs on different stages. Sometimes at the beginning and sometimes at the end of writing files. But it never finished! Tried it more then 10 times.

After some time the Virtual CPU gets 100%.

Anyone any idea?
