Cant Install Server 2012 R2 on Proxmox VE 3.3

Hi,

before we will get an new machine i have to install server 2012 r2 on a ve 3.3
while installing it is asiking vor a driver
only the baloon driver can be selected.

after selecting it does not accept it

any ideas?

Hi,
you are in the wrong dir.
you have to go in the virtstore->2k12R2->amd64
there is the needed driver.

just upgraded to pve3.4-11
do i need to go higher?

i downloaded

9200.16384.WIN8_RTM.120725-1247_X64FRE_SERVER_EVAL_DE-DE-HRM_SSS_X64FREE_DE-DE_DV5.ISO

as a eval version that did not work at all

after downloading partner version

SW_DVD9_NTRL_Windows_Svrs_2012_R2_German_2_FPP_OEM_Std_DC_X19-82436.ISO

i am fine and installing
