Can't Install Proxmox VE (7.4 ~ 8.1) or other Linux Dist (e.g.: Debian or Ubuntu) if VT-D enabled on Bios :-(

So... Based on the title, which already explains part of the problem, I simply cannot install the latest Linux distributions, including Proxmox, if the VT-D option is active in the Bios.

I thought, as I still don't rule out the possibility of some hardware incompatibility, but the most intriguing thing is that I can install without problems, even with virtualization active (VT-X + VT-D), another system, like Windows 10 and 11, so , the evidence leads me to believe that it is some incompatibility with Linux, better said, with its kernel.

The problem is, as soon as the installation option in Proxmox is selected, whether graphical or terminal-oriented, the screen goes completely black, and the system becomes unresponsive, frozen... In fact, I spent a lot of time thinking that the problem was with the video card, but the problem happens with both my RX 560 and my GTX 1060.

Any tips ?! Because my Proxmox installation will be very limited without VT-D option enabled :-(

Immediately, I would like to thank you for your attention and any contributions/help.

My settings is...

To better illustrate the problem, I enabled the "GRUB_TERMINAL=console" parameter, removed the "quiet" option from the "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT" variable, with this, it is possible to check exactly at which point the boot froze. In addition, I attached several images, with the boot and my BIOS settings.
