can't install PBS 2.0

Hi,

i'm usinge PBS 1 a few month without problems.
Yesterday i tried to upgrade to 2.0.
But it boots into grub rescue...

Then i tried to install it via CD and USB stick. Same problem.
Installation is on a Raid 6 array.

Does anyone how i can solve this problem?
