Can't install httpd on Centos 7

When i try installing httpd on centos 7, i got the following error message

The centos 7 template was downloaded from the GUI, I tested both centos 7 templates and both of them gave the same error.

Centos 6 doesn't have that problem.

So i'd like to ask whether to download a properly working centos 7, or how to fix the issue?
