Can't get incremental mode working

I’m trying to get incremental mode with dirty-bitmap going. But so far, I had no luck.
Do you guys have any tips how to get it running?

You are doing vzdump backups (the old way, no incremental).

You have tot backup to the new Proxmox Backup Server.
