I have installed proxmox and os x ventura in a VM and everything is working ok EXCEPT for GPU passthrough. I've tried everything I could find to solve it but still I'm not getting image on the monitor, it just shows the normal proxmox booting, and I see prompt pve and then, when proxmox GUI should be starting the screen just turns off and it stays like having no signal. Even if I select "none" at hardware>screens. What could I do?

That is what the page I linked states ... keep also in mind MacOS high Sierra is 5 years old and does not get any updates anymore.
