cant delete vm. ceph storage destroy.

Hi.
I destroy the ceph storage without delete the vm. (because i want to do the ceph storage again). Now i want to delete those vm and cant. This is the log

root@n1:~# qm destroy 101
trying to acquire lock...
can't lock file '/var/lock/qemu-server/lock-101.conf' - got timeout

this look like you have a quorum problem.
Check your quorum and try again.
