Can't console Windows XP on Proxmox 3.3

I have a problem.
I want to start vnc console Windowsn XP on proxmox 3.3
but i got this error and i don't know what that means.

TASK ERROR: command '/bin/nc -l -p 5901 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 100 2>/dev/null'' failed: exit code 255

I think it's more a java console problem.

Can you try with the novnc html5 console ?

I don't know, how to use it.
html5, do you mean, i should install apache with html5.

The console button on the interface, have 3 kind of console. (dropdown button)

vnc : java console
novnc : html5 console
spice : spice console


simply click on novnc console

i already did it, and i got new problem.
the problem is, windows XP blank. it doesn't show any progress, the only thing show on my screen is black.
i dont know how fix that.
