Hello, when installing Proxmox it asks me to connect to an IP (192.168.100.2:8006) but when I connect there is a timeout error. And on the PC where Proxmox is installed when I try to ping 1.1.1.1 it does not work. Does anyone have any idea why? (I am connected via Ethernet)

That default IP address is probably wrong for your local network and suggest that there is something wrong with the network device or cable connecting Proxmox to you router/gateway.
