Can't connect to the GUI or with SSH

Hi !

I installed Proxmox 6.1 on a HPE Proliant ML30 Gen10 but I have some problems.
Firstly, when I try to connect to the GUI the error "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" appears in Chrome.
Netstat command shows that pveproxy is listening on 8006 port.

I can't connect to the server with putty neither, access is denied.
Netstat shows that sshd is listening on 22 port.

I don't know what to do, what can I do to resolve those problems ?

Just in Chrome or all browsers?

what say command curl -s -k https://localhost:8006 | grep title ? and see if there is any firewall rules iptables --list
