Can't boot without nomodeset

First I installed pve, then I switched to debian+pve. Asus ROG Zenith Extreme Alpha + Amd RX560. I've been pulling my hairs for 1 full day, tried many different bios options and kernel params. Tried these kernels:

6.1.0-30 good (debian)
6.2.16-9-pve good
6.5.13-6-pve good
6.8.4-2-pve nomodeset
6.8.12-7-pve nomodeset
6.11.11-1-pve nomodeset

I need the gui on this machine. Stuck at kernel 6.5.13-6-pve. How can I get a newer kernel? Any clue?

I've already tried setting the video mode at early stages. I need a kernel with full gpu driver, instead. I was wondering if there are patchsets to mod and build the pve kernel.
